At this point we can maybe say that there is some negative portrayal of the ordinary people, often as an irrational mob (although, given the way the story shows their oppression and misery, there is an argument to be made against this reading). That is hardly an uncommon trope (unfortunately) and it's extremely prevalent in many popular books, series and films where the common people are portrayed as fundamentally idiotic. There may be some love for authoritarianism and militarism, but it's hardly any worse than a random Hollywood action film (not a good example given the often quite overt extreme-Right narrative in many Hollywood action films, but you get the point). The most interesting analysis someone posted here was as the Titans as outsiders/immigrants, but I think the basis for this is quite thin given recent plot developments with the Titans revealed to be former humans. All in all, the claim of an increasingly overt fascist narrative emerging seems a little premature.

I know people are trying to desperately grasp at any fascist symbolism they can or whatever but simple military-issue jackets with sash belts, passants, and large flap-covered pockets were super common from at least WWI up to like the fuckin Korean war. The SS did issue coats with a similar cut but they tended to be more ornate and come in grey or black, if anything what Erwin is wearing looks more like an old US officer dress uniform coat or M1942 paratrooper jacket or one of the many many other pieces of similar Allied equipment
