Nice troll by the ground announcer there: "stay tuned for the post game show with an interview with kiwi international Adam Blair!"

Apparently they really want to clear the stands fast.

I'm still not quite sure what happened, apparently I nodded off just before kick off and have had a wonderful dream...

E: don't mind the end there, should give the coach something to blast the kids about and also teach them what 40/20s are.

He can tell channel 9 while he is at it. loving disgraceful 15 second kfc ad there during the 40/20.

For a second when that ad came up I thought that they'd overturned the 40/20 somehow and we were getting a scrum. Someone on the field yelled out "not a 40/20", I was hoping it was someone who counted :D.

Speaking of channel 9 being disgraceful, last night during the delayed Tigers/Bunnies game they screened a newsbreak in the second half which gave away the winner. Useless motherfuckers.

To be fair, fifteen minutes into the second half the result was beyond any reasonable doubt. Still a poo poo thing to do, obviously, but totally in character.

To the objective observer. Tigers fans are not even close to objective (or sane) and always expect the team to capitulate (and the team loves to oblige).

I haven't been paying too much attention, but do Penrith seriously have no black jersey this year? All I've seen them in this year is pink or white, and there's no reason to wear anything but black at home against the dogs. Not that I mind, I like the pink panther idea, but it's still surprising...

I feel very dirty saying it but he was very good and is really finding his spot in the team. Pretty sure I toxxed last year that if we won the whole thing I'd get a jersey with his name and number, does that only count for last year?

These players nowadays are capable of some amazing plays. I love the change of rules to take the corner flag out of pay, it really helps attacking play.

It's about finding that next group of core players we can win with in the next 6, 8, 10 years. Let's face it, it's hard for 20-, 21-, 22-year-olds to lead an NHL team. Look at the playoffs.

Inevitable with all that possession. Hurrell as a forward is interesting, but he hasn't had to tackle much.

Konrad Hurrell. Normally plays centre. Beast on attack but can't tackle at all.

Our review identified changes needed to be made and, in Stephen, we have a coach who has a reputation for demanding the highest standards.
My recording hosed up after 4 minutes so I missed how we got the lead, nice surprise if we can hold on.

edit: poo poo

edit2: oh god no please gently caress up Cowboys

edit3: well done touchie, that was heart attack stuff

edit4: classic Warriors doing it the hard way, that fat piece of poo poo Mateo did his best to let them in at the end.

Warriors fans would win that one, tigers fans tend towards self inflicted gunshot wounds to the head.

Warriors are so loving consistently inconsistent. Of all the games we win it's Cowboys away where we almost always get thrashed.

Didn't see the game, how did we look?

I managed to catch the replay after a recording mishap last night, we were pretty good. The big improvement was the metres up the middle from Lillyman & Rapira. The defense was a little less awful although I did note defensive 'specialist' Jerome Ropati seemed to be consistently out of position leaving a worryingly largew gap outside him for the winger to be nervous about with Ropati's man being positioned a few metres outside him.

edit: I was witholding judgement on Radrada because Warriors defense but he's a legit beast.

edit2: How Hayne stays on the field with how he talks to refs every week is beyond me.

edit3:  Parramatta
