Slough Feg opening in San Fran, which makes me super jealous. Regardless, they sounded tight as hell live and I've never been in a crowd with that much energy.

Hadn't really listened to them aside from a couple songs here and there, but they blew me the gently caress away. Absolutely incredible. Same here - first time seeing Gojira and it was amazing. Even though I love me some Mastodon, they just couldn't match Gojira's energy. I left wishing that Kvelertak and Gojira's sets were a bit longer, and Mastodon's a bit shorter (though I did love that they opened with Hearts Alive).

Gojira were completely loving amazing, though.
