 This stuff is great. It's a little too spicy as a primary condiment, but I put some of it in ketchup, mustard, and salad dressing. A vinaigrette with this mixed in at about 1 part in 8 is the best salad dressing.

Although it doesn't qualify as a sauce, I've been putting togarashi on just about everything for awhile. It's a blend of dried chiles, sansho, orange peel, sesame seeds and ginger. It's loving amazing and I'm pretty close to cutting scarface sized lines of it on a plate and calling it dinner.

Valentina is pretty good. I like just dumping it on corn chips. Lately I've been guzzling some minor ghetto brand of yellow jamaican scotch bonnet pepper sauce (ingredients: peppers, vinegar, sugar, water, salt, corn starch, misc preservatives) on everything. Hard boiled eggs, especially.

I'll second Dunn's River. Its hot, its reasonably flavourful and its less than a pound a bottle. Sriricha I've only managed to find once and it was nice in a 'chilli-ketchup' way. My go-to table sauce is Aunt May's Bajan Pepper Sauce. I also enjoy the Maggi Chilli Garlic Sauce which is similar to sriracha but my fiance complains constantly about garlic breath when I eat it.
