I just played through arcade mode as Shadow Chie, and it felt like a very bare bones experience. Unlike the normal characters, there was no story at all, and no art after beating the game. The poses and comments after each match were priceless, though. Hopefully they flesh out the shadow experience for the home release, but the game was as fun as ever.

Keep in mind her personality/accent were the result of the Plume of Dusk forcefully giving her self-awareness. They said she was special because she became independent almost immediately after being exposed to it.

They're a lot better, people say Teddie and Rise are kind of annoying but I think they're fine. Originally I switched in P4A when I heard Chie's voice pop up in a cutscene. Slammed the brakes hard on that and switched to Japanese.

I'm so excited to see some gameplay of this character drop when the Japanese version drops. It's gonna be radical to see all of the stuff he can do since his Ziodyne is a special unlike Yu's. Also Matsuaki Madono is great at this character and sells the sincerity of the character very well, but I cannot wait to hear JYB. This is my favorite character to hear him voice and to think he's gonna get to be even nuttier since he's in a fighting game is a dream.
