Hellsing is Dracula vs Nazi vampires. The Manga/OVA at least. The anime was done when the manga was only 2-3 books in (the manga would be finished years after the anime), so they winged the ending and made the series focus more on Seres(Celes? The gently caress do you even spell it). It became more investigative low key type story which is the total opposite of the actual story, but looking at it overall, could still fit into the manga as perfectly good filler.

If you want fantasy swordfightin' there's also Escaflowne, which is good and the swordfightin' happens to take place in giant mechs that are basically massive suits of medieval armor.
