In just 3 years JZX90s will be legal to import and I would love to own one.

(I know it would only mean 1992 models but still)

I've done the oversteer thing in a charger before (2.7l on snow, no biggie) and I have to tell you, it's scary when you suddenly realize how much weight you're intentionally throwing around.

I was making a U-turn in my mom's SC430 when I discovered the traction control had stopped working. That car is a lot heavier than it looks.

The numb, ultra-slow steering doesn't help, either.

Yeah there is a reason Mercedes didn't let you totally turn off the trac control on non-SRT LX cars, that back half wants to be in front in a hurry.

I think the Z/28 is still the all-around better car, but that's mainly due to the tires and suspension setup. Granted, it's 200 fewer horsepower so probably not going to beat a Hellcat on the strip, but around the track my money would be on the Camaro.

The Z28 is an entirely different thing. It's low production, high price, track focused, and would get absolutely thrashed on a drag strip, which is the only racing most people have access to, by a full second, that's like 8 car lengths.

I love the readjustment of the mirror afterwards. I think this person probably took a few seconds to process what the f just happened. Also which track is that? It's familiar. Just curious.

Yeah, fair enough. I feel like the Hellcat is going to be low production and high priced as well (not $75,000 Camaro high priced, but still high), but you're right, complete different applications.

The Hellcat costs $60,000 and Dodge is making as many of them as people are willing to buy. So yeah, they're quite different in a lot of ways.

Yeah, it's not some super special edition, it's just what they have to compete with the high level trims of the mustang and camaro.

707hp is just what you have to do to be competitive these days. 470hp in 4200lbs wasn't cutting it, it basically had the same power to weight and performance of the vanilla mustang GT.

That looks way better than I would have ever assumed if it had been described to me as an S13 in STI colors. Maybe I'm just tacky or something though because I'm a little disappointed about the lack of spoiler. Those 90's coupes all look a little bare to me without even just a lip spoiler.
