That is plainly something stupid to say - Of course it's cleaner. But no one - NO ONE is saying doping doesnt exist. What is clearly the case is outside of Team Sky, the level of doping has been wound waaaaaaay back. That absolutly does not suggest for a second the numbers of riders chemically enhanced is less or more, it means the levels of drugs is lower, the riders are riding much closer to what is acceptible. Less drugs is cleaner.

They're all bad, Sky are the worst though since rather than just being dirty they're boring, hypocritical and sanctimonius as well.

People's seething hatred of Sky seems way out of whack. Not to say you have to like them because their holier-than-thou attitude is annoying, but the race to condemn them for everything they say or do is a bit tedious when barely a comment gets made about other teams doing the same stuff.

I am fairly new to following this sport though so maybe there's something I'm missing, but for being the evil kings of doping they apparently are they've been pretty much dogshit with Froome out the race.

Non-doping question. I know it's probably hard to say but would Nibali be doing as well as he is if Cantador and Froome hadn't dropped out? Is he a monster or just compared to who is left?

On Nibalis form, and from what Froome and Contador showed in the Dauphine, they wouldnt have stuck with him. Contador might have had a shot but Froome was hot garbage.

He'd have been duking it out with both of them and it would have been a great three way battle. Real shame we didn't get to see it.
