I was going to post on this but there's a Russia sanctions package working through the EU that: - restricts arms sales but still lets the French sell Rus their helo carriers - doesn't touch German exports to Rus - doesn't touch oil and gas imports, because obviously it can't - restricts financial trading in a way that screws London a lot harder than Moscow. Which realistically is necessary and would be fine, except for all of the above stuff where no one else in west Euro takes any pain.

Like the ones we'd do in Korea that would get NK to start telling us to not do it because they'll destroy us.
