If the CEO or board of directors are considered guardians of the corporate individual, shouldn't they be jailed when the corporate entity violates the law?

When you get jailed, you are forcibly removed from your house and placed in jail, the least the state could do is forcibly remove the CEOs and replace the board of directors. Maybe remove the company from being publicly traded as a further punishment

I forget the exact details but someone tried frivolously suing a company for something you normally sue a single person for and the judge threw it out because it was "common sense" naturally the irony was lost on the judge

Corporations aren't inherently bad; they're victims of circumstance. If corporations had the chance to profit legitimately, they would never turn to a life of crime. We have to address the root causes of corporate crime by making our society more business friendly - for example lowering taxes and removing the burdensome minimum wage.
