From what I could gather reading about this on another forum, the girl in that picture had been talking a lot of poo poo and/or possibly stalking Orton and his girlfriend. Orton encounters the girl, takes a picture with her, then posts the picture on Twitter talking about how ugly she is. So basically everyone involved in the situation are acting like teenagers.
