Yes, though sometimes the wrestlers are really green because it's still their developmental. These special events or whatever tend to rule though.

Yes. As good as this is, this actually is the standard fo NXT women's matches, at least for special events. Regular weekly show wouldn't go quite this long, but that's to be expected. Women are actually treated like people in NXT, rather than as a side show.

they tend to get like 15 minutes, roughly double what they get on main show PPVs

Yes, I know I've said this a lot already but in NXT the female division is treated as equal to the main one instead of being a lovely butterfly belt, and you often see crazy things like women fighting with more than hair pulls and botches and cutting promos without mushmouthing the word 'bitch' as their big 'so there' moments.

I have seen two Charlotte matches, this one and the one with Nattie from the last NXT special, and I can't overstate how much she has improved. Still needs to tighten up some moves/spots, but Nattie was literally walking her through the last match, and she's so much better now.
