Once per day each player may use the command ##trick playername in the thread to take one of their candies, if applicable. If a player has four candies at any time, they immediately receive a one-shot dayvig kill that must be used today (and devouring all the candies). A player with no candies at the end of the day may not use a night action, as they’ll have to go door to door looking for some. Please note that while we can't govern who you do and do not give candies to, we're keeping a close eye on you and scum cannot give candies to other scum. "Of course you could just have a normal day by avoiding all that and not having any candy at all, but that'd be no fun. So if no candy is exchanged then all town-related roles must stay home! Wow Mac I'm honestly a little aggravated there isn't an obvious way to break this system. The smartest way to do this would be to implement some kind of complicated voting system but the best way to do this would be to give me your candy.

If I'm town, you trust my game theory, you always have. Even if I am scum, which I am not, I will use a publicly available item in the most pro-town way possible so that I look town using it.

Who can you determine to be scum so early into the game? Also, you are being quite defensive about not being scum, which is a common ploy for scum to make. If you really weren't scum, you should have probably done something more modest like say, "I don't necessarily need the candy, but I do hope that whomever does get the day-vig skill uses it properly." I don't know if you're new or not, but being greedy and glib with your actions usually results in a bad way (I, of all people should know. I've caused quite the pickle for myself in my heyday  ). Even so, even if you were town, I think you might be too green to handle such a responsibility, so just in case there are people gullible enough to fall for something so blunt, I'm going to temper your action with one of my own:##trick merk

I'm literally the only person in the game that everyone can collectively agree to trust to make the most pro-town use of the item. I said this before in another game, got the same response, and the item was squandered by whomever got it. I was town there; I'm town here.
