suffix posted:is it normal to submit a 20 page fanfic complete with snarky footnotes "from the judge"? that is not typical, no you generally submit the order you want so the judge can give you exactly what you're looking for if you win, but you just do basically a bare-bones order that is basically "for the reasons stated at the hearing and in [your party]'s brief, [the exact order you want] so they'd usually submit a like two-page order that denies the injunction and dissolves the receivership if the court wants to write out an involved opinion where they call someone a cocksucker they'll want to write that themselves

is bitcoin still happening? are people still doing this? my friend who worked for a bitcoin mining company was let go last monght and is now working elsewhere. i think they just fired a bunch of engineers too. it's never good when you fire all the engineers at an engineering company.

in response to that quote in the post above someone else posted: Gleb Gamow Re: BFL hosed us over again I personally saw the entire room where the obsolete equipment purchased off eBay was on display filled with miners going through the burn-in process on the testnet, for that's what Josh just told me and Bruce at the time in the conference room where I'm seen with that five-gallon jug of Kool-aid. Also, via an incorrectly dialed phone call to Bruce (thought I was calling my bother, Bruce) while in Atlanta during the conference last year, he informed me that Joshes office was temporarily filled with miners going through the testing process. I still say that pulled electric bills would tell an interesting story, big enough to be included as evidence in a court of law. At the very least, the lawyers would be remiss if they don't request such docs to at least look at the expenditures. Same true for Jody's residence, along with Sonny's, Josh's, Ownby's, Mark's, Dave's, etc. And, I've never mentioned any permits that may have been needed for electrical upgrades prior to this clause. #ASKFTC
