Given someone spotted Michael Schumacher wouldn't have got a super licence for his 2010 comeback the FIA have admitted they'll just hand out licences to whomever they like if they don't meet the criteria. So yeah, that didn't last long. There's some gumph in the statement about it not happening often but we know that's bollocks already.
