It's boring but last year's livery was terrible so it's an improvement. I hope McLaren is done with chrome because I don't want three (well, six) chrome cars on the same grid.

To be fair to you a good amount of the reason that front end looked bad was the paintjob drawing attention to the less than glamorous rectangular bits. Lots of F1 cars have aero that performs well but looks ugly, but the livery designers have the intelligence to disguise it by painting it a dark colour rather than white and orange, with the orange pointing like an arrow to the right angled corner. (In fact I seem to remember that by the end of the year Renault did do that)
