Yeah they've really hosed those prices up. I've put Amla, de Villiers, Warner, Smith, Johnson and Philander in my team and only had to balance it out by buying one cheapo I've never heard of.

The funniest thing about the pricing is that Glenn Maxwell is worth the same as Steve Smith. I get that they came up with the prices by looking at career stats, but based on recent form maxwell should be worth about $50k (I picked him anyway)

Working in software I know exactly what happened. They almost certainly balanced it properly and then some ICC CEO couldn't pick all his favourite players and made them "fix" it.
