Question. In freeroam today I saw a car icon on the map that was red, and highlighting it just said "target car". I got in it and nothing happened. Drove it around, drove to a LSC, nothing. Google isn't helping. What is it?

I decided to do actual work tonight knee deep in books and papers, but mainly need to do the third whenever I get on later Saturday or Sunday, maybe even Monday. Definitely willing to help out with the final heist or whatev though, I do the final ride very well. (Doing Hard) My deaths were bad RNG such as..  "My bike is stuck upside down guys, I can't flip it" then boom I read you could go in a cop car, how much of a beating would that take compared to four on bikes? How agile would it be, would it make it to the bridge? That final jump is tricky without the bike and the boost. Lost lives there. The Savage part was real cool too, great to figure out how to tackle right. No-death runs would be doable with a little more practice and energy with my crew from last night.  This particular shot was one that came along with "WHOA WHAT THE HELL" as the Helicopter unleashed rockets, the moment I fired my heatseeker.. Heists are a 5/5 deal. You should probably get this game, dear current-gen console having GTA5 not-having reader..

Um, I can't shoot out of any car anymore. I noticed this happened during a heist last night and I can't find a way to fix it. Any ideas? I know about square to change weapons. Not in passive mode.
