What worked for me was to play the Adversary Mode -> Siege Mentality 1 job. From there I was able to select the police uniform under the justice costume category. I played two rounds, then when it ended, I voted to go to free roam. From there, I immediately selected to play a capture mission from my phone. I did not enter a vehicle or a building while I was waiting for the job. When the host finally started the capture mission, I did not have the uniform at the ready up screen. It did appear during the mission, and I played the mission to completion. When that mission ended, I went back to free roam at that voting screen and then I had the uniform.

Some tips for prospective attack chopper pilots on heist #3: -The main cannon is much easier to aim and has a much faster ttk at its effective range than the miniguns do. -The front gunner can shoot in front of you and below you but not above you. When you're engaging enemy choppers, match or exceed their elevation and keep the nose pointed at the threat. The main gun should take out any other helicopter in half-a-dozen hits or fewer. -The main gun has roughly 90 degrees of freedom to either side. The chainguns can be swiveled around to shoot very near to the nose of the chopper. If you can face your opponent at around a 30-degree angle to either side of you then you can engage with more than one gun. Wow this emp planting set up mission is the worst. Super long drive in the dark rain followed by insta fail stealth and a hacking game with a time limit. Pubbies keep quitting before we even get to the stealth.

I jumped into the insurgent setup mission for labs just to see if it unlocked them like some of the other vehicles unlock in setups and jesus christ these armoured vehicles are garbage compared to the Kuruma. The only person who doesn't get shot to pieces is the guy with his head sticking out of the top manning the machine gun. I don't see how this would even be doable without having kept the inventory screen open and constantly going through body armour and snacks.

Spent the last few days trying to finish the 3rd heist. God drat I hate pubbies. I've done the hydra mission dozens of times, but every time we finish that one setup everyone just loving drops. No one joins my games, I just want my drat vehicles.

Heists seem cool, got invited to the Prison Break finale and it was like an action movie. Impossible to get a group together though, been trying to do setups since they launched. Would be cool if you could hire AI heisters whos take you can't change or something. Hopefully the next update isnt too far off I guess
