I like Hank, actually. His podcast with his long-suffering assistant is pretty great, it's kinda like a greatest hits of a lot of the stuff he's done spoken word about.

I saw him do a talk way up in Alaska once and he was actually pretty engaging and funny. He told a great story about Michael Bay and being in Bad Boys 2.

I mean I think his music/spoken word poo poo is alright too.

Yeah he's actually a pretty chill guy in his old age, most of the stories where he's REALLY a dickhead are from the Black Flag days, or are just taken out of context imo.

I am afraid our interaction wasn't nearly as intimate as the one with Steven King. Also I had no idea Mafia even existed at the time, but I imagine if the conversation HAD taken place then I am sure he would have been enthralled.
