 Okay let's try this again. This is a Mafia Game for 8 players. This is an semi-open setup game, it is supposed to be short, sweet and slightly Whacky. It is less whacky than the last game because the game doesn't end day 1 (unlike the previous 2 whackygames where the execution victim was turbo'd) Player List: The TL;DR Setup 4 of the following (no repeats): -Cop -Bus Driver -One Shot Day Vig -Jailor -Doctor -Backup -Jack of All Trades -Whacky Detector 1 Jester (only wins if executed, death does not end game) 1 Executioner (turns into jester if target is killed in a way other than execution, must survive to end of game to win) 1 Mafia Bus Driver 1 Mafia Roleblocker The Jester, Executioner, Mafia Bus Driver, and MafiaRoleblocker each get a fakeclaim of a role the town doesn't have. The Role PMs You are a Cop During the night you can target one player for investigation. You will get a result of Town, 3rd Party, or Scum. You win when all mafia are dead. You are a Bus Driver During the night you can target two players, their places are switched (hence all actions affecting player A instead affect player B and vice versa). You win whan all mafia are dead. You are a Vigilante Once during the game during dayphase, you can use ##Kill: Player to kill them. They are not cardflipped until the end of the day. You win when all mafia are dead. You are a Jailor During the night you can target one player to send to jail. This player will not be able to perform night actions, but also cannot be killed in the night. You win when all mafia are dead. You are a Doctor During the night you can target one player to protect. This player will not be able to be killed in the night. You win when all mafia are dead. You are a Backup You are vanilla town until a power role dies, at which point you become that power role. You win when all mafia are dead. You are a Jack of All Trades You get one cop investigation, one doctor protect, and one bus drive (see respective power role PMs). You can only use one ability per night. You win when all mafia are dead. You are a Whacky Detector During the night you can target one player to investigate. If they are a Bus Driver, Jester, Vigilante, Jack of all trades, or Backup you get a result of "Whacky". If they are a Roleblocker, Executioner, Cop, Jailor, or Doctor you get a result of "Unwhacky". You win when all mafia are dead. You are a Jester You win with the winning side if you are executed during the game (the game does not end). If you are executed, you immediately get one day kill before dying. You lose if you die in any way other than being executed. You cannot hammer yourself. Your fakeclaim is: Role You are an Executioner You win with the winning side if Player is executed and you survive to the end of the game (the game does not end with your victim's death). You know that Player is town aligned. If Player dies in any other way than execution (with you voting for them), you turn into a Jester and your victory conditions change accordingly. Your fakeclaim is: Role You are a Mafia Bus Driver. You are in the mafia with Player. You win with Player when you outnumber the rest of the players. Your mafia team gets one kill per night. If you are not sent to perform the kill, you can target two players during the night and switch them. (hence all actions affecting player A instead affect player B and vice versa). Your fakeclaim is: Role You are a Mafia Roleblocker You are in the mafia with Player. You win with Player when you outnumber the rest of the players. Your mafia team gets one kill per night. If you are not sent to perform the kill, you can target one player during the night to block their night action.
