Not that I owe this explanation, but I am not currently an owner, and do not have plans to be (I may invest in the future), of any of these other paycoin companies. This includes xpy technologies, paycoin foundation, etc.

There is no conspiracy, my primary objective is to exit the business. The primary reason are:

1.The lack of discovery with how our company has been breached, the things that have been put out there, have left me with a major level of distrust for many that work here. While I was originally going to couch it with "We don't have enough money", it would obviously not be accurate as I could provide it if necessary.

For me it comes down to a lack of trust with different people (I am sure it's mutual). We/I have obviously been betrayed, and there is no resolution to it.

Matt, you continue to promote the theory that it's me "devices". But I have found more then one example of information being out out that I never even had.

Along with a mismatch in communication styles that does not allow me to comfortably operate. If I am involved in something else, it will be as an investor.

I am not mad or anything like that. And I am very willing to make sure everyone is made whole.

Obviously I am open to any opinions you guys have.

Regarding the companies. Let me be clear on a few things:

GAW Miners- we need to sell off the rest of the hardware and close down. Any access cash (if there are any) will be used to pay for sec stuff.

Paybase- I plan to announce the discontinuation of the wallet service, have everyone move their paycoins out, and shut it down. This is why I helped team paycoin. Because I did not want our customers being left without an option.

ZenCloud- I am hoping to can give it away to one of a few companies interested.

Hashbase development will be shut down. I may, at some point, have a new team pick it up. I honestly have not decided. For it to be finished, I will have to help fund it. And without Joe, I do not think I want to. I mean no disrespect to you Matt, this is a personal comfort thing.

Paycoin development is being transferred to team paycoin.

I may have plans to use the btc llc, simply because it already exist, for a project unrelated to any the company is currently involved in or planned to be involved in.

Dan, should it be an issue to use the btc llc, then I will just form a newco. None of the current assets or software will needed. I have no use for them.

Finally, may or may not offer jobs to some of the existing staff. I have not decided yet.
