One thing I haven't seen anyone mention about the most recent episode: The scene with Angra Mainyu taking the form of Irisviel strikes me as an attempt to reconcile the line in the VN about Kiritsugu leaving his daughter and wife behind in the castle with Zero. It also helps explain why Ilya is so angry at Kiritsugu, instead of blaming Acht for everything.

It is a nice aspect of the adaption, especially now, that they can fix somethings for consistency. Just me, or would cellphones ruin the plot at some points?

I can't really think of any plot point that would be ruined by cell phones. Plus, them having cell phones would mean that Rin would have to use technology, which we know is impossible.

Mind, this works a bit better and makes it more clear, but I don't remember it feeling like a plot hole at all (at least, not the "why is Ilya pissed" part. Obviously the whole leaving wife thing was a plot hole).

Oh my god, finally finished Seorin's LP. I'm ready for the movie now. Saber and Shirou/Archer meeting in Avalon was nice.  e: I did a cursory google search, is there not yet a LP somewhere by someone for Hollow Ataraxia? I don't really have the time to play the game when not at work.

Would Hollow Ataraxia be grandfathered in on the LP subforum since F/sn got a LP? I know there's a no-porn-game rule but Type Moon stuff seems to have never been an issue for that.

The throwing the swords like a boomerang was a HF reference yea, it was taken from the one dead end where Shirou fights Dark Saber without Rider. Basically that whole invented subplot with Sakura near the end was as well.

That is indeed funny, but I'm so confused at the rather inconsistent art quality. Ilya and Goku are drawn okay, the rest are weird. Tracing? e: Reading the wiki, anyone know an instance of where Shirou would stand aside and watch you destroy yourself if he felt you brought it upon yourself? I can't really think of one other than not showing any concern to save any of the other Servants or Masters; and why he wouldn't get along with Shiki? Seems like a bad idea to me, I mean there were meltdowns every time a character made an off-colour joke in Dangan Ronpa. Also it's in English so you can just get the game if you want to read it.
