Lol if you don't carry a knife on a dog walk incase you need to slit a pitbull's throat to get it off your normal person pet. The other day I was at the dog park and there was a pretty good mix of dogs there including some pit bulls. A goony looking guy and his fat girlfriend show up with their pitbull and as they enter the park the guy says, in the most insufferable poo poo eating voice "Ooo look at all the vicious pitbulls!" with this  self satisfied grin on his face. It's like some people get these ugly murderdogs just to try to prove a point or something.

i had a woman come into my store today and shove a picture of a 9 week old puppy her daughter adopted in my face going IS THIS A PIT? DOES IT LOOK LIKE A PIT? I WILL NOT HAVE A PIT IN MY HOUSE WITH HER YOUNG CHILDREN, I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT, I WON'T HAVE VICIOUS DOGS IN MY HOUSE it was like, some lovely shep/lab/southern US stray bullshit mix or something, gently caress if i know. that was actually the first time i've seen someone so viscerally opposed to pits that wasn't just a fear hype "are you sure its safe" thing though so i was kind of thrown off by it. everyone and their mother owns shitbulls in new jersey

The other day I went to the dog park with my curvy beautiful girlfriend and our precious angel. There were several pits there and groups of people huddled in circles glancing over at them with fear etched into their features. I couldn't resist but comment "Ooo look at all the vicious pitbulls!" at the spectacle of these lame sheep cowering from an alpha specimen of canine power.

I live in a (lovely) rather economically disadvantaged area, so there is an abundance of dog fighting type poo poo, so I'm assuming she was used as a breeder and ditched. she is my sweetiepie of sweetness. nursed her back to health and socialized her with other animals and people, she now weighs.. well.. most likely too much. my G/f says i spoil her. (I most likely do) She really liked my (recently passed) alpha male cat (who ran my house menagerie)  She managed to restrain herself from eating him, he was 2 weeks shy of his 20th birthday  They like my easy chair too.
