Also just because its lame when people come in this thread to talk poo poo but never post bets, I put some money on Holloway because i think him at +130 offers some value, it could easily go either way though so when Swanson just knocks him out in the first round 30% of the time this will be one of those funny predictions people can laugh at

I've got well over a grand on Mayweather in various forms this weekend. Hit him at hard at -220, -210, -200, hard again at -190, and 12rd decision at -109. Super small bet on the draw at +1275 or some poo poo like that, in case of some Vegas boxing fuckery to get a rematch. Also on Lomachenko/Rodriguez under 9.5 rds at +135 for a small bit of change. By the end of the night I'll be popping black bottles at the bar ala The Money Team or drowning myself in a large bottle of Rebel Yell whiskey at home. I love boxing y'all.

There are so many prop bets for the fight, it's awesome. I put a small bet on Mayweather landing more punches, and put some bigger bets on Mayweather by decision and Mayweather winning outright.

Anyone betting on UFC 187? Unibet has Cormier as a 1.73 favorite against Johnson at 2.10. I might be temptet into putting some on Johnson there. They have Belfort as a huge underdog at 5.00, but I'm not betting against Weidman.

I've been lured into betting on MMA for the first time ever after watching Vitor Belfort highlights and and seeing the crazy odds for his winning in early rounds. Typically I'm very reluctant to bet at all (I'm a tonne of fun at casinos) but since I'm watching the show live at a bar with some mates I figured I'd spread half the aussie cost of PPV access (which is what I usually wind up paying for watching shows live) over Belfort taking the first three rounds. Sportsbet has Vitor winning rd 1 at 13.00, rd 2 at 18.00 & rd 3 at 23.00. I doubt he'll have gas past the first two rounds at all but I still couldn't help myself from betting $15, $10 & $5 respectively. Nobody I know really gambles outside of sitting at pokies, and I don't follow enough sports to have any experience or grasp on sports betting. But what specifically do you think I did wrong here? You bet $30. If Belfort wins in: R1 you get $195 R2 you get $180 R3 you get $115 or you lose. You could have put the $30 on Belfort finishing,, which is at 6.87 and returns $206, and you wouldn't have to worry about round 4 and 5

The only Australian place I could find that takes bets on MMA was sportsbet which had it listed at 4.75. & what reason would they have for not falling in line with what I'm guessing are the offical/U.S/Vegas odds?
