Is it odd that I find the oldest daughter's situation worse than the younger molested ones? It's one thing to get married at 18 and go straight from your father's house to your husband's. It's all kinds of stupid, but that's what some women want. But to be 24 and chained to your mother's ever prolapsing uterus sounds more miserable than all the sweaty Joshes waking you up again in the middle of the night. She's probably been waiting for her sisters to get old enough to help with the babies, but they got the gently caress out as quickly as possible. My understanding is that the older kids have always been in charge of child rearing. Michelle has baby, watches that baby until it's 1 and a half, then turns it over to one of the older kids as soon as she's about to have the next baby. Long before this scandal that was the criticism I heard the most about the Duggars, that they were neglectful of their kids because Michelle would become completely uninvolved when the next baby arrived. Jim Bob has a schedule to keep.

The different departments of the DOD each have their own court of appeals, if you get court martialed and try to appeal your decision the result gets published online. A lot of times I'll browse this for laughs because idiots do crazy things and the documents often go into a lot of detail. Dumbass passes out in his shower, blocks drain, floods floor, and causes thousands of dollars in damages. Creep coerces girlfriend into putting sticks, worms, a goldfish, a hermit crab, and a sea anemone into her hoohah (In addition to a child pornography charge he wasn't appealing). Big long laundry list of drug abuses, and then "Drew on dorm room wall with sharpie". But then of course you find a child molestation case or some scumbag who killed their kid and it just ruins your day.

oh dear Lord they have a lovely family it's really sad that they had to go through this it's good though that they seemed to have made the best out of it they seem committed to living a moral life and i guess if someone never sinned or came from a perfect family they'd have a good place to throw stones from but i don't see the point in piling on these people when you see them vulnerable. it's cruel. it seems people are letting out all their stinky dirty laundry with regards to how they feel about christianity and God and all that and they are unloading it all on these poor folks. its like a dog eat dog holier than thou welcome to the jungle pissin contest for the love of Christ just forgive them in your hearts and let God sort it out

Emotional trauma... piled high It explains a lot about that hosed up family when you know about the older kids being stand in parents because the real parents just can't take a breather from their vanilla missionary fuckfest for five minutes. There's no telling how screwed up the youngest ones will be, between the combo of being raised by children and being TV kids.
