Well your link doesn't say that at all. His lawyer said there is no confirmed date. I don't think Mike Will Made It would have just made it up, it may not be true but someone would have told him Gucci is likely to be released soon in the next few months (he gave no date initially, other affiliates did). Quite likely Gucci was told by his lawyer that he is very likely to get out in the next hearing, which he then said to Mike Will, then people saw mike wills post, and added a bullshit date to it.
