Two Police are moved from Hue to Kien Hoa- Vinh Binh. NVA has no Troops on the board to redeploy. Commitment: One US Base and two US Troops in Casualties are placed Out of Play. Four US Troops in Casualties are returned to Available Forces.  US may move up to 10 US Troops and 2 US Bases among the US Available box, any COIN-Control spaces, LoCs, and Saigon.
