I've said it already and I'll say it again, if Australia can get a lead of 100 then this match is wide open.

If England lose this from here, then it will truly break them mentally.

The umpires should be giving those out I feel. Thats what DRS is for, the batsman can review that if he knows he hasnt hit it. Not as obvious as the one last night that buttler dropped mind.

Just scrap them and go full third umpire only.

Smorgasbord posted:The umpires should absolutely not let their decision be effected by who has reviews left. Because theres no way for an umpire to really know if hes hit that or not. This is why DRS should be entirely in the umpires hands and taken completely away from the teams.

Good. Then we'd quickly realise they're useless and can go to a third umpire only. Ive been impressed with Neville in this innings. Hes riding his luck loving hard but hes doing the job.

Would be funny to see the umpire replaced by a hat rack with a camera and a monitor that counts to six on it

do first class records count towards test records? 9 just showed some batting stats for starc and said his best in tests was 99 and his best in first class was 99? so does that mean hes been out for 99 in both formats or are they counting the same innings?
