Eggs keep forever in the fridge but cook better if you leave em out for a while before cooking imo But then I like to eat Yorkshire puddings filled with scrambled egg w/ nutmeg as a delicious drunk snack so you probably shouldn't listen to me.

Tbf if you really wanted you could probably do that with briteggs too. Relevant sort of to paychat: was looking into getting a new (very old, very used) car (dogvehicle) yesterday. Can afford the car but I sure as poo poo can't afford the 2k/yr insurance

Honda Civic was my first car when I was 22 as well and the insurance was like £600 for the first year I think. (though I can't remember exactly on account of it being so long ago  )
