Lazerbot just feels the need to raise the stakes constantly, so every new faction introduced needs to one-up the previous ones. To the point where the original bad guys just seem so quaint now.

Keep in mind we've been following LB since Feb 2012, so it only seems like he's constantly losing internet access.
