WG keep undertuning bricks, same as always. If they still paid attention to tank balance I'm sure they'd realize that they accidentally made the E-100 effective any day now.

To be honest, I'm surprised the E-100 has never really been hit with a nerf bat. Either there are enough terrible people keeping it down, or someone at WG just likes it. Its no pre-nerf T57, but goddamn is it a nice solid tank when it gets the right matches. Or its a 2700 hp speed bump when it gets the wrong matches.

I mean, I don't think it's even a question that baaaad players race up the German heavy tree. E-100s stats might be weighed down by bad-ish pen and accuracy. It would explain the sheer number of sub-1000 damage players in it.

The real bad problem with tier 3s is because of the low NA server population, the east/west split, AND the newbie protection thing, it is incredibly difficult to get a tier 3 match in a tier 3. Ok I downloaded the test client for the first time. Tier 5 japanese heavy - couldn't load into battle after 5 minutes, probably nobody plays anything but tier X, never got to play it. Tier 8 one, sorta ok until arty hits you, there's a lot of arty on test, gun seemed good at least, took a long time to get into battle and it was a 7 v 7 match. Tier X heavy is slow and dies fast, turret moves slow, everything pens it since everyone shoots gold plus arty, guns ok but hardly makes up for it. Got team killed twice in 7 battles, so did lots of people - apparently you can't get banned for it, I dunno. After every battle I got a warning thing for leaving while still alive in spite of being well and truly dead, nothing happened but. In short, this 'test' is loving worthless.

Well yeah, if they actually wanted to test the game they'd find a way to get people to play other tiers besides X and not spray gold everywhere. I went in assuming most tanks would be the new Japanese but there was only 2 or 3 a side at least in the 7 or so battles I played. Gonna assume that means they're poo poo cause everyone was playing only the Good Tanks.

On test they should pretty much lock out buying any tank but new ones and people are limited to what they have or new ones. At least the russian player base has stopped TKing anyone with US in their name on sight, that's a nice change.
