So I got round to listening to the new Lamb of God album, just because I used to listen to them back in the day and would see what they were like. There's nothing really wrong with the album, but it's kind of boring? The riffs are there, the drums are good, but still...something was missing. Also I used to love the vocals, especially when he mixed them up with the shrieks, but now its very samey. Kind of like Children of Bodom, where the vocals are pretty much the same on every song. There is one where he clean-sings, so fair enough for trying I guess. Sorry to bring up the G-word, but do any UK goons know where I can pre-order the new ghost album? On amazon its like £17 which is steep. It's just a normal album!

That's because WASP weren't really much of a hair band. They had the sleaze but their approach was very different. Def Leppard and Poison would never make a record like Crimson Idol.
