Glasgow is absolutely mental today, the combination of sunshine and football (and beer) makes for an awesome atmosphere. Cooking chili tonight for my mates, one German, one Scottish (plus me and another English neutral) for the match, should be good.

Hello friends how has your monday been Me i have been fixing a spreadsheet (over 1500 rows) that someone incompetent has set up. Barely made a dent in the work that is needed. However my dog did really well at our agility show at the weekend so it's swings and roundabouts I guess!

Jose - I used some chipotle, gujaollo (sp) and ancho chilis, mixed with some cloves, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, star anise, chocolate, soy sauce and chicken stock for the sauce. Onions, garlic and a jalapeno in the pan, bacon lardons with beef mince (didn't have time to do with proper meat for hours), chuck sauce in, bottle of beer, some rum, brown sugar and chopped tomatoes. Simmer for an hour or so. Was good poo poo.
