Yeah but you can barely tell what's going on in Golgo 13. Bionic Commando ends with you shooting Hitler in the face and his head exploding. Though I'd love to see the ADs deliver that line, "This is a bad ending. You didn't shoot Hitler."

Isn't Startropics an RPG or something? That might be trickier than a platformer.

Many early NES-era games used English text for an number of reasons. (JP left, US right) Legends of Localization posted:First, English is a required subject in the Japanese school system, so everyone gets a couple years of exposure to the language. Mostly it’s a lot of rote memorization of vocab lists, so it’s not entirely useful. But it means that Japanese people can still pick out words they recognize when confronted with a wall of English text.

Has Arino found out his secret game of skill, or did I just splice in adelikat's tool-assisted speedrun? The answer may surprise you. May. Like if you've never seen this show before, for example. Gradius is one episode I have been wanting to see for a long time. If you know Arino, you know that he is really bad at shooters. Expect to see the Konami code used a lot in the episode.

From the looks of it, the course Arino made for Miyamoto to play on the niconico stream is going to be distributed, and if you beat it, you get the Arino costume. Also, there is going to be a Super Mario Maker broadcast for the 12th of December and they're gathering people's levels between now and the 25th of November. They seem to take courses from overseas (the top-right list is for stating your prefecture, and the last option is 'overseas'), you just probably won't be able to leave a comment for Arino. https://mariomaker-cp.nintendo.co.jp/

Poking about the Mario Maker website in an attempt to find out more about the Arino costume, this turned up instead: http://www.nintendo.co.jp/wiiu/amaj/arinoplay/index.html It seems there'll be a live event on 12th December where Arino plays through more user-created levels, via a submission form that's available for the next 8 weeks: https://mariomaker-cp.nintendo.co.jp/ If you login with a Nintendo Network ID, the form asks for your nickname, region (ie. Japan-only), course ID, and a short comment for Arino.
