The final duel between the Knight Templar and the Viking chief kicks rear end, and Paul Giamatti is a goddamn national treasure. His speech about the Divine Right of Kings* plays in my head whenever I play Crusader Kings II. *A concept that didn't really come about for another 300 years or so after the film is set, but who cares, Paul Giamatti owns.

The Crimson Rivers AKA Les Rivières Pourpres has a really cool fight scene. It features a cop, played by Vincent Cassel (who really can throw down), confronting two neo-nazis, played by two kickboxing champs. It's furious and quite believable. The train fight with Robert Shaw in From Russia With Love is awesome. They tried to imitate it in a few later Bond movies, but never did it quite as well. It's so stark, and particularly brutal for being 1963.
