Wait this thread is bad opinions from the internet. Oops.

Total Divas has been a net drag on the Divas division- it gets ratings and attention, but I think that's led to them booking the Divas on RAW/SD like they're on a bad reality show, i.e. Everyone is just catty and horrible to each other for no particular reason. (This is in addition to the times they try to directly tie-in or reference events on the show, even though everything then is explicitly shown as happening months ago.) It's not like the writing for the male wrestlers is especially good right now, but you can at least discern the basic elements of storytelling most of the time- it's just clouded over by bad execution.

It certainly doesn't help that their idea of revolution was throwing everyone into groups so they all have less time to show individual personality in a 9-person segment.

That was just as much the case before Total Divas as it was after it though. They literally don't know how to write for female characters outside of this narrow model.

From the wonderful world of wrestlingforum.comquote:ever heard of " Ultras " ? if you don't , go google it , it's a group of hardcore fans who follow their teams wherever it goes to support it , if they feel that a certain guy in the management is lazy or doing a bad job , they boycott or hijack the matches , every week until the unwanted member is gone , now what's the relation between this and wrestling , well since Cena is pretty unwanted for like a decade now , the WWE know that most fans dislike him and they don't do anything because they know that fans will always be paying the tickets and watching , i have an idea in order to get rid of Cena and change that but I don't know if the Americans fans can pull it off , well here it is : Cena haters in every city can meet and they can form a group , the group can have his own shirt ( Cena sucks ) , they can boycott the shows or at least literally turn their backs on Cena when he is working

Hey, let's be fair. WWE is all about equality. They also filter their ideas through a imbecile who doesn't have an iota of wrestling booking talent and is also female. Also the last time I went to an ROH show the crowd was full of people chanting about John Cena. A big reason why that was my last show, incidentally.

Sure, but she was barely involved in creative before he title was changed last year. Ever since she had her kids she has been less and less involved in the product while HHH has taken more and more control. So blaming Stephanie for anything current is silly.
