After 50+ episodes, I'd gotten used to the robots in Dougram being able to jump five time their height from standing still. But I was still surprised when they were able to do it from standing still up to their waist in the ocean.

There's also a scene where I swear to god that the animator put a picture of his dog in the window of a car. It's too low res to tell, but I can't imagine what else it could be.

The same thing happened to me! After the first time Heckle demonstrated value I thought they started drawing him more muscular, but nope, he was just off-model for that scene.

Like I said I'm not worried about any of it. I don't know how you could read into it that I'm anything but, especially after saying I was excited. Wonder when we'll get some stills from the show to pore over, and get doubly excited about. I can't wait.

loving sweet! Completely by coincidence last night I was looking into fmp! since I'd been watching clips and was starting to feel sore about it not getting finished, caught the announcement that there was a talk going on but had to go to bed before anything materialised. I gave up and read sigma to see the ending a couple of years back, but this is the best news.

Neo Getter vs Shin Getter is pretty loving good. I liked it a lot more than Armageddon. The first episode involves boxing velociraptors.

Neo vs Shin is way more consistent than Armageddon due to both being shorter and not suffering from production issues, so I like it a lot more than Armageddon too. Of course a big part of that is Neo vs Shin Jack and Mary King being great.

Shin vs. Neo starts out good, but I feel it kinda falls apart once they switch to the Shin Getter, too little time for that to have meaningful impact(same for bringing in Ryoma), not to mention it leads to SvN to being incredibly gimped in pretty much every SRW appearance it's had due to Shin Getter having a crappy move list, they would have been better off not having the Shin Getter show up at all(similarly they shouldn't have bothered having Ryoma show up outside of the prologue)
