If you just want your money back, tell them you don't agree to these new terms and therefore want a refund for the full $1265 and it they don't do it in X days you will be forced to explore other options. You can make X whatever you like.

The secret is that if you left out all of the seasonings besides the salt and pepper, didn't brown anything, and didn't thicken it up, you'd still end up with something that tastes pretty okay.
