drat near identical, saturation needs turning up on the ps4 a bit to make it the same but if you look at the bricks and sign on the left it gives you a fair representation of resolution.

It takes longer to get from a to b because speed ingame is based on your frame rate (if you uncap the frame rate on pc you can crash the game as everything goes super fast)
