Lesnick is a kind of pitiable guy. He just loves WC too much and wants SC to be a real thing. His dreams are crashing down around him by the day. But on the other hand he has been a complete unwarranted dick to goons.

I held a meeting yesterday with a new start up company, I love these because they are sometimes really excited and naive in a happy puppy kind of way. These guys though had my other favourite thing about start ups going on, they had no idea about etiquette or how to behave in a meeting. The guy stormed out three times in a massively angry strop while his business partner sat in front of me every time and cried. It was amazing, truly amazing because two of the three times he stormed out were because they were unsure what to have as a headline on the frontpage of their site

I'm in the camp of feeling kind of bad for Lesnick. He's managed to get into a position of working in what would potentially be a dream job in pretty much any other gaming company. And going by the financials and inside leaks and predictions, it's slowly coming down around him, and there's nothing he can do but ride that rollercoaster into the (brown) sea, and hang on because it's gonna be a rough ride. I'd be pretty depressed under those circumstances if I couldn't find a decent way out of it. I'm pretty sure there's parallels in classic greek literature somewhere - those dudes really loved their tragedies.

I feel bad for Ben in the same way I feel bad for one of those beached whales you see, all forlorn on the sand and flopping about in real trouble. The thing is though, you have to remember - that whale could have been a colossal dick in its day to day life for all we know, poo poo like swimming under seals and blowing them out of the water with it's blow hole, taking a huge poo poo in a cloud of tasty plankton and laughing at his friends as they filter plankton and his poo poo through their mouths, knocking fishing boats over, stuff like that. Hang on I'm liking this whale more and more as I type

I skipped through a couple of Disco Lando's videos, and he reminds me of a record producer I once knew who didn't come back to earth after a massive acid trip in the 70's.
