I'm glad our thyroid medication is liquid and can be mixed into Leeloo's food.

oh gizmos is too but she won't eat the food if the medicine is mixed in.. any time I have to leave for work she doesn't get medication because I'm the only person that can shoot it down her throat

I'm visiting my parents this week, which means I get to see Bug.

Hard to photograph a black cat on my potato phone, but even in real life he's pretty much just a silhouette and big eyes. Here, Bug is waiting semi-patiently for some fish scraps from the dinner table.

I forgot that if you "meow" at him, he often meows back (especially if he wants food). In a new development, I mrrrped at him and he mrrrped in response. It's weird for me to notice his aging - scruffier fur and new white hairs on his cheek - but he's leaner and parents say he's more social than he has been in a long time. I wish I could see this little man more often, he's a sweetie.
