Occasionally I'll pop in to see how things are  coming along and every step I take feels like the game is going to fall apart at the seams.I remember one of the first things I noticed was "motion blur" when you spin around, and I had JUST finished reading an article about visual effects in video games that needed to go the gently caress away, and motion blur topped the list. It's almost as if, and I know I'm reaching here, but it's almost as if Chris Roberts is somewhat out touch with modern gaming. This engine can barely handle the tiny little area they've built. Really, it's not handling it, when you get right down to it. And you can feel when you play that it's not an issue of optimizing or bug-fixing - it's an issue that it was built wrong from the jump.
