this thread has made me realise that I really enjoy Elite: Dangerous which is a game featuring spaceship that you can see out of Also the game exists and is playable. I was considering buying SC just so I could laugh at it but then I realised ED: Horizons also exists, costs less and is less of a waste of cash.

Because he never stopped doing video games, many of them above average success, to go on a 10 year Hollywood bender. He may not be a "John Carnack genius" developper but he did deliver as a producer at least 5 games since 2000's. He also did what his brother is failing gloriously right now in producing an updated Wing Commander with the Game "Starlancer" in 2000. A simple guy who deliver might be exactly what this dumpster fire of overblown promise need. Paired with a community/marketing genius able to lower expectancy without the brown sea going bonkers might make the whole thing viable again.

So, i was looking around for my book marks trying to find the Star Citizen thread... i couldnt find it but saw another topic that was kinda interesting. or so i thought. oh hell i wandered in GBS... its almost as bad as the RSI forums. You guys seen the poo poo they post in there? I feel dirty now.
