Samsung Galaxy S6 Ok so I work at a restaurant and about an hour ago I stupidly dropped my phone into a giant vat of acid we have for cleaning vent hood stuff. It was at the bottom for like a good 2 minutes before I managed to fish it out. Here's the insane part, the phone was still on! It said No Sim card but I restarted it and it booted back up no problem. My coworker told me to cover it in rice so I did. I just got home and upon taking out my phone it is stuck at what looks like a recovery screen. It is a blue screen that says "Downloading - Do Not Turn Off Target". It has been here a while now. Is my phone hosed? Edit: Welp, got it back on and sound is super distorted and the phone refuses to charge. Also keeps trying to start VR mode. At least I have that lovely phone insurance where I still have to pay 150 bucks Xinlum fucked around with this message at 08:50 on Feb 4, 2016 |
