For stealth, just tap the left stick to go into stealth walk and then slowly walk in it across the map along route 68 from coast to coast, and you'll get nearly full stealth. Doesn't take allt hat long, and you can just watch something else at the same time

Well, this was back on PS3 before all the "$1,000,0000,000000000 10,00,000,000RP" deathmatch shitshows. It was actually funny because going stealth in a Deathmatch makes you vanish off of the radar, and people had a really hard time dealing with that for some reason.

I leveled up Stealth by starting at one end of the airport runway, entering stealth mode, and putting something on the W key. Took about three runway lengths to max it.

Assuming they actually figured out how to prevent hacking. I don't think they'll do either though. They'll just keep half-assing it and all that money that comes in from shark cards is just a bonus.

When there are an equal amount of votes the job points are calculated for each side of the vote and the side with the most points passes it.

GTAIV was kinda boring as well. The shoddy PC port didn't help matters either. Still, I liked it for one of it's radio stations exposing me to ambient electronic music. Driving those boat-like cars with greased tires through empty streets at night while Tangerine Dream or Jean Mitchel Jarre playing in the background was a zen-like experience for me. Does anyone feel like helping me get a Roosevelt while I am computer less for the coming week? I can't abide another year without one and I won't be at a computer until February 17 or 18. I'm pretty sure the Valentine's Day stuff will only last on the 14-15th but correct me if I am wrong

Everyone expects it to start the 12th, there will probably be Old Roosevelt and New Roosevelt Valor (?) and new clothes. For the record, YouTube always has the latest data mined crap for future updates (if there is any). I watched a YouTube video showing all of the new Roosevelt upgrades and all the new clothes the day after the last update dropped.
