I'm just sick of pageant queens showing up and thinking being gorgeous is all they loving need. Like, it's the loving EIGHTH season. You KNOW that you need to be eady to dance, sing, act, sew, do comedy, lip sync, and design, all while looking versatile (but being true to yourself!) and fierce. But, by all means, show up looking fishy and fabulous and stand there waiting for your loving crown. Bob 4 Lyfe

No excuse for not at least knowing a few sewing basics so that you don't have to pretend every challenge is a hosed-up toga party. Liking Bob and Kim Chi so far and am waiting to see who else will grow on me. I like Dax's persona but the padding could use a little smoothing out.

What really irritates me is that you don't even have to sew to be safe in those challenges. CLF just pinned together some fabric and glued some candy on a corset. Naomi just put on a basic gold dress. Derrick just threw some scraps of fabric around her body. The difference was that all of them had the common sense not to complain about the challenge. On second thought, Laila deserved a lot more credit for actually making that jacket.

That golden dress was some weak poo poo, if your legs and runway walk are your thing then build an outfit to fit the theme and your strengths. Naomi hated that boat, so why did all the effort go into it? Robbie forgot to pick a challenge for himself, then as Thorgy said in Untucked she had all that fabric and the end result was an awful misshapen shag blob. Yeah Robbie is clever in confessionals but I think she, Naomi, and Naysha put in the worst runways this week.

That has always bothered me as well! I say if you don't have basic tailoring and snatch game down before you walk into the werkroom, you need to go home. You know it's coming! Most of the other challenges you can (somewhat) wing it, but the sewing challenges and snatch game have always been the one where I can safely place my bets on who is going to be in the top 3.

I'm really loving all of the queens this season. There really isn't anyone who is just straight up annoying, like a few of you have said. Looks like Kim Chi has won the hearts of many along with Bob. I also really like Thorgy's energy and would want to hang out with her out of drag. I just love the first episode seeing all the queens in full paint and then fully out of it; it's such a trip to see the drastic transformation change. This season is going to be so fun! So, am I the only one who kinda sees Pepper from American Horror Story during Acid Betty's talking head segments? I feel like a jerk typing that out
