There is a food cart around here that specializes in grilled peanut butter sandwiches. I was very leery at first of the spicy Thai prawn and peanut butter monstrosity but GOD drat if it wasn't the best thing I have ever put in my mouth.

Realtalk I'd probably try it just to say I did. I first saw that video in GBS, and was more horrified by the garbage being tossed in to the oven than anything else. Stuff looked like shredded bicycle tires.

If you pre-soak the clams in lemon juice overnight they're pretty easy to chew and swallow after a short bake in the oven. The shells are a good source of minerals from what my body tells me.
