So if this does all collapse in a messy heap at least Solar Plebian will keep the Stimpire alive.

My key to clean glasses; Windex, water, chux cloth. It's always fun after you've been cooking anything that involves a frypan and oil.

XK posted:poo poo, Derek. I don't consider myself OCD, but everyone I've ever lived with has commented on my specific rules for loading the dishwasher. Bowls go on the top rack, with one space between them. Dishes on the bottom, small dishes next to each other, large dishes with a space between. There's just a certain way things need to be arranged in order to be cleaned properly. Silverware is separated by type into the baskets, handle end up, so you can grab them out in easy handfuls to put in the drawer. Buy a small ultrasonic cleaner, you will NOT regret it

If your glasses have any kind of coating on them, Windex is not good. It contains ammonia, and ammonia can damage coatings. If you want to use anything other than breath, or distilled water, I'd recommend high purity isopropyl alcohol. Same applies to screens. Banano posted:Buy a small ultrasonic cleaner, you will NOT regret it I've been considering it. I hate glasses, loving pain in the rear end. I prefer the vision I get with contact lenses, but I just can't tolerate contact lenses on a regular basis. They drive my eyes crazy.

This poo poo they are playing out with the Big Benny's noodle machine stuff is really sad. There is so little of anything to do in the game that people have resorted to shunting around a vending machine. Now CIG themselves are getting into it like it's actually a cool thing, rather than a statement about the poor state of everything. A deep space starship game, doing things that've never been done before, with fidelity beyond anything that's ever been seen. Let's try to juggle a vending machine into the cargo bay.

Love the picture, but I just wanted to ask something Why the gently caress do they not like Freespace? It was mechanically a better game in every way to whatever they worship. I'm just a huge fan of Freespace, a much bigger fan than wing commander.

Weird considering later on you become hand-picked to do some really risky poo poo in the game. I think it's because you don't have a name. Chris I think wants to go further, and create like apartments with food that is super small, but gets REAL big by using a future microwave, while reading the news on your barktona pad. Those godamn dukes are at it again, at system Bark IV. Like he wants to set up a sci-fi setting down to every last detail. Fargin Icehole fucked around with this message at 13:23 on Apr 3, 2016 |

You mean the SOC loops, right? The GTVA can still recognise experience but you're still just presented as an interchangeable part in their war machine, albeit a more reliable one. If you were truly valuable, they probably wouldn't send you through that second portal without any other intel.

So with page 3000 around the corner I decided to reinstall sim city 3000 on a windows 7 machine. It is hard because windows disabled secdrv.sys for being malware. So there were steps taken, and filez to be had, to run the thing. Then there was a patch to make it look like not rear end on a 4k monitor, plus having to rename paths so all the sounds and music play. There are a few weird things that happen, like mismatched buildings and whatnot, but it works. Screw you securom. I hope GoG eventually gets this game, it's a game just trying to get the drat thing to work. paaarp.

Fargin Icehole posted:Love the picture, but I just wanted to ask something As you may have noticed by now, mechanical and gameplay quality are not high priorities among these people. Pointless minutiae and presentation, and perhaps the name “Roberts” on the box is all that counts. Also, Freespace didn't fulfil the dream of the interactive movie and its heroic, player-focused narrative, whereas the trite and hackneyed plot of Wing Commander did. Now the deliverer of dreams is back with an even bigger dream where you once again can buy all the epic heroism you can afford.

Well, yeah, sure, you're Alpha one, but you don't go to a bar and talk to ALPHA TWO, maybe that's why they don't like the game. a matter of FIDELITY It's not just the SOC loops, although that was my strongest point. You still are the reason why the tips scale to the Colossus's favor in that big battle. The other part for me is that nothing is as it seems in some of these missions, I mean, poo poo, I thought Mission 2 was run of the mill take down supplies, and it went farther than that after the end.

This thread produces more quality content every week than CIG has managed in 5 years with 100+ million dollars. In fact, CIG might actually be un-producing content, and that's not just due to Ryan Arcer stealing everything.
