Got to give pettes to a very friendly Boxer pup today, maybe a year old or so.  I don't have a pic, so just imagine a happy dogge and giving him scratches behind the ears.

Met this little fella when I was packing up my bike at the store. Wasn't there when I first went in so couldn't have been tied there too long and it's a warm afternoon. Didn't bark or growl or anything, such a good dog.

My girlfriend and I were talking about our soon-to-be-born son and we have decided that after his first day of Kindergarten we're taking him to get a puppy, so he has that right kind of emotional attachment to another animal that can grow up with him, where he can see the positive aspects of responsibility and how important it is to take care of things other than yourself. Dogges are very important to the proper development of people imo

Dogs are cool but you don't have to get a puppy. Easy enough to find a 1-2 year old rescue that comes fixed and with all their shots I'll never get a puppy again. Ever.

 This good boy is Gus. He's a 3 year old yellow lab/pointer mix that came into the radio station today from the shelter. He's just a little scared with new people sometimes thanks to his rear end in a top hat previous owners who dumped him on a road a few months back. Rude people. He just wants a home, man. He spent his time at the station alternately finding nice warm spots under desks to curl up in and tearassing around because pointer.  He's a good boy.
